Salon de Flores, or "Room of Flowers," is named for an authentic mosaic by famed artist Millard Sheets, which hangs in the ballroom's spacious foyer. This 16,000-square-foot ballroom features a 16-foot ceiling and breaks into eight smaller meeting rooms. The 8,000 square-foot windowed foyer is the ideal pre-function area for your group. Salon de Flores accommodates 95 - 8' x 10' booths for exhibits.
