*eMARKETING360 offers 360° Panoramas in two sizes: the "Standard" size and a "Hi Speed" version in a larger window designed for people with high speed Internet connections. There is an additional cost of $35 for both versions.
 
360° eBROCHURE
The 360° eBROCHURE is an interactive sales tool specifically designed for delivery via the Internet. When the hotel salesperson is on the phone with a prospect and is asked to describe the breakout room or ballroom, he/she simply "clicks" and emails the 360° eBROCHURE to the prospect who receives it in 20-30 seconds and can then most effectively see exactly what that space looks like for the use they have in mind.
Cost: $1,950
Flash Introduction is additional $250.
360° eSALESKIT
The eSALESKIT is our most comprehensive product. It is composed of all the photographs, printed literature and other collateral material you have heretofore been delivering to meeting planners and the other travel professionals you work with through the mail. The eSALESKIT takes all this material, efficiently organizes it for easy access, makes it interactive, and attractively formats it for delivery via the Internet. The eSALESKIT has all the look, feel and functionality of a web site; however, it is designed specifically by and for the sales team to serve them in their ongoing marketing efforts. The eSALESKIT can also be put onto a CD-ROM for mailing or for handing out at trade shows.
Cost: $3,500-$7,500 (The exact cost depends on the number of panoramas to be included, the number of "Links" and the amount of content per "Link.")

Add an additional $450 for a custom design feature in the lower left hand corner of the Hilton eSALESKITs.
360° eFLASHMOVIE
The eFLASHMOVIE provides an entertaining, attractive "overview" of your property. The eFLASHMOVIE can be used as content on your website and on your in-house T.V. channel or Lobby Display. In addition, because of its high quality production value, the eFLASHMOVIE can also be used as an advertisement on cable television. There is an additional cost for this functionality.

90 sec $5,500 - $6,500

360° ePLANNERTOOLKIT
Once a contract has been signed to hold an event at your property, the hotel uses the ePLANNERTOOLKIT to deliver all of the necessary information and material on your property that the event organizers will need to produce their event and to create collateral literature to notify their event attendees.
Cost: $5,500 – $6,500, depending on how much content.
Licensing: $125 per month paid annually.
Includes:  hosting, tech support, maintenance, and most content changes.
360° eFLOORPLANNER
The eFLOORPLANNER enables the hotel salesperson to quickly edit and color code floor plans so the client can easily envision the ‘flow’ of their event and how it will be laid out at your property.
Cost: $3,500 – includes floor plans for 3 floors; each additional floor plan is $450.
Price includes coloring for up to 20 rooms and each additional room is $45.
Licensing: $125 per month paid annually.  
Includes:  hosting, tech support, maintenance, most content changes for up to 10 users - each additional user is $15 a month.
360° eFLASHBROCHURE
The eFLASHBROCHURE provides a dynamic and attractive way to showcase your property.
Viewers will enjoy the virtual page turning to view the outstanding elements of your business.
The surprisingly affordable eFLASHBROCHURE will be a hit with your leisure and business prospects.
Cost: $3,500 for 8 pages.  Each additional 2 pages at $500 extra.
Licensing: $55 per month paid annually.
Includes:  hosting, tech support, maintenance, and most content changes.
360° ePORTAL
The ePORTAL “bundles” together the eSALESKIT, the eFLASHMOVIE and/or the eMAP (or anything else you want) so they can be delivered together as an attractive package.
Cost: $950 / $2,500
360° eCLUSTER
The eCLUSTER enables a ‘group’ of hotels in a city or region to market themselves together.
Cost: Custom Quote (Depends on the number of participating hotels.)
360° ePROPOSAL
The ePROPOSAL enables a hotel/resort to reply to an RFP in an attractive format that includes all of the valuable information on your property; the eSALESKIT, eFLASHMOVIE and eMAP... all of the information a meeting planner could possibly want when making their decision.
Cost: $1,900 - up to 400 rooms / $2,400 - 400- 800 rooms / $2,900 - 800+ rooms.
Licensing: $125 / $150 / $175 per month paid annually.
Includes: Tracking, hosting, tech support, maintenance, and updates.
360° eSITEMAP
An artist's rendering or a topographical relief map of the property (provided by client) is embedded with links to 360° Panoramas at their locations on the map.
Cost: $650-$1,250 for up to 10 Panoramas. (Each additional Panorama is $45.)
360° eFLOORPLAN
An interactive floor plan of all meeting and banquet facilities. Click, and up pops a 360° Panorama of that space.
Cost: $650-$1,250 for up to 10 Panoramas. (Each additional Panorama is $45.)
PHOTO GALLERY
The Photo Gallery is a digital presentation of your existing "still" photographs to showcase a particular aspect of your property: weddings, meetings, the spa.
Cost: $450 (includes 5 stills; each additional still is $35.)
Preferred Supplier Cost: $375.
DIGITAL STILLS
Digital photographs shot for Internet use, brochures, and printed material up to 8"x10". 
Cost: 1-3 $325 each     4-5 $300 each     Over 5 $275 each
CD-ROM
eMARKETING360 will put the content produced for you on a Master CD ROM so that it can be handed out at trade shows or mailed. You can then burn your own copies or take it to anyone you want to have multiple copies produced. 
Cost: $550.
Preferred Supplier Cost: $450.
CUSTOM QUALITY
If you would like to have vents, fire alarms, signage, etc. removed from a Panorama, this is Custom Quality work. The cost is $125 per hour. Typical changes take 15 – 30 minutes.
ADD A SECTION
Add a Section to the Menu Bar of your eSALESKIT to feature a particular aspect of your property you wish to highlight, e.g. Spa, Conference Center, etc..
Cost is $350 - $600.
