1. Have a strong Wi-Fi connection
2. iPad must have iOS 10.0 or later
• Consult your IT person to update your iPad's operating system (iOS)
3. When you tap to download your app, you will need to go to your iPad home screen to see your download icon.
4. If your iPad has iOS 9.0 or higher you may need to take extra steps.
• If you have iOS 9.1 go to Settings, General and near the bottom you will see "Profile" - tap to trust eMarketing360.
• If you have iOS 9.2 go to Settings, General and near the bottom you will see "Device Management" - tap eMarketing360 and Trust.
