The Mediterranean-style climate in Anaheim provides mild weather, combined with year-round sunshine, making Anaheim a popular holiday destination. The weather here is typical of California, with an average year-round temperature of 21°C / 70°F.

During the summer months the Anaheim climate is very warm, with plenty of fine, sunny weather. The summer months of July, August and September are the hottest of the year, with temperatures rising up to around 29°C / 85°F. Summertime also enjoys the driest months of the year.

Winter is also the wet season in Anaheim, which begins around November and goes through to April. January and February are the wettest months of the year when wet weather and storms are at their heaviest.
