Dunes Ballroom

Offering 10,632 square feet of meeting space, our Dunes Ballroom is the largest and most distinguished ballroom in the area. Comfortably host up to 1,000 guests or divide the space into smaller meeting areas for more intimate interaction. The Dunes Ballroom features 18-foot ceilings, wireless Internet, and can be outfitted with state-of-the-art AV equipment from Encore. The freight elevator is located behind the ballroom for easy access to the loading dock with reinforced floors to accommodate moving equipment.

Pelican

The Pelican Room offers meeting attendees natural light and access to an outdoor terrace - perfect for breaks or just to stretch your legs. The Pelican Room is approximately 1,464 square feet - perfect for a reception for up to 150 people.

Pelican Terrace

The perfect space for an intimate wedding, break or cocktail hour, the Pelican terrace offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Heron

The Heron room, located on the third floor, offers natural light and access to an outdoor terrace. With 1,084 square feet, it’s perfect for a number of set ups including U-Shape, crescent or classroom. Heron comes with the ability to connect to Pelican.

Ibis

Naturally lit space with access to an outdoor terrace, perfect for intimate receptions and breaks. This room accommodates 60 guests or less.

Sandpiper

The Sandpiper Room is a versatile space at 1,577 square feet and can be divided into two smaller rooms at 773 square feet and 804 square feet. It can accommodate up to 140 guests or about 60 guests in either section when it is split, making it an ideal space for meetings, retreats, and receptions.
